My Process & FAQ
How does the collaboration start?
We usually begin with a short discovery call where I get to know your business, goals, and vision. This helps me understand exactly what you need before I start designing.
What does your design process look like?
First, I create moodboards and initial concepts. Then we refine the direction together through feedback rounds until we land on a design that feels just right.
How many revisions do you offer?
Each project includes up to 3 revision rounds – enough to fine-tune details without dragging the process out. If you need more, that’s always possible for a small extra fee.
How will I receive the final designs?
That depends on the project. For branding, you’ll get logo files in all the right formats plus a style guide. For social media, I deliver ready-to-use templates in Figma. And if it’s a website, you’ll get a fully set-up WordPress site with Divi that you can easily manage on your own.
Can I be involved?
Absolutely! I believe the best results come from collaboration. You’ll be part of every key step, from giving feedback to approving the final design.
Discovery
We start with a short call or questionnaire to understand your business, goals, and vision. This helps me learn what makes your brand unique.
Research & Moodboards
I explore your industry, audience, and competitors, then put together moodboards and directions so we can align on style and tone.
Concept Design
Based on the approved direction, I create initial logo or identity concepts. You’ll see how ideas translate visually and we’ll refine the best one together.
Refinements
Through a few feedback rounds, we polish the chosen design making sure it feels authentic, functional, and ready to use across all platforms.
Delivery
You’ll receive all final files (logos, brand assets, templates, or website setup depending on the project) along with a simple guide so you can use everything with confidence.
